WELCOME TO
Leading Shepherds
We know what it feels like to be lost in the land of life. Just as a sheep looks for a shepherd to lead, we help you discover that the shepherd is you — you have the gift to lead every area of your life well.
Are you ready to shepherd your life?
Our Story
As I broke into the workforce after college, I realized many people are "too busy" to lead their lives well - appointments, meetings, to-do lists, kids, dinner plans, and the list goes on. I have witnessed people fail to delegate, communicate, and appreciate in the workplace, home, and community because of life’s busyness. As this realization collided with my gifts and talents, I felt a calling from God to pursue coaching, consulting, speaking, and wedding officiating as a business.
I believe everyone is a leader, and I want everyone to live in the fullness of that truth. As Christians, we were created in the image of God, The Great Shepherd, who has led His people well and continues to do so. You may recall the parable that Jesus shared about the shepherd leaving the ninety-nine sheep to pursue the one wandering (Matthew 18:10-14). It's a story of restoration, redemption, and rescue. I have seen myself as the one wandering sheep, personally and professionally. I know what it's like to feel alone, wandering with no direction, chasing my own goals, and creating my own opportunities with no true shepherd guiding or calling me to achieve my highest potential. For so long, I viewed myself as the lost sheep, but that was the wrong mindset. God has given me opportunities to lead every area of my life well, so I viewed myself as a "shepherd" over my life instead of a lost sheep. With that shift in mindset, I grew more confident, empowered, and inspired. Life is a gift to steward, or shepherd, well, so why not make the most of it?
